Pretty crazy story we had our house on the market and expired with another agent. David called us up and let us know that there was no reason our home did not sell for what it was listed for. When he came over to our house, he said I guarantee I can get you the same price that I expired for; however, if you put $50,000 into this, I can get you another 2 to 300,000. I told David I had no interest in doing that is too risky. David said well, if I put 50,000 in, guarantee you 1.45, and we split anything over 1.5, would you do that.
