Michael Chiovari

REAL ESTATE AGENT

As an integral member of David Newman Partners, I am dedicated to serving the Phoenix area, particularly focusing on Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Mesa, to the fullest extent of my capabilities. With a decade of experience in real estate, my expertise lies in the East Valley of Phoenix, where I have established myself as a trusted professional.

Originally hailing from New York City and later residing in Tucson before settling in Phoenix, I bring a diverse background and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. Throughout my career, I have achieved recognition, earning the title of Salesperson of the Month multiple times in my career.

What truly ignites my passion is the opportunity to connect with new clients, guiding them in finding their dream homes, and mastering the art of negotiation. As an agent, I cherish the flexibility that allows me to prioritize spending quality time with family and friends, pursuing my interests such as fitness, automobiles, and poker.

A standout attribute of mine is my innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life, fostering trust and making them feel at ease. By immersing myself in the community, regularly engaging with local business owners, I ensure that I am well-equipped to address my clients’ inquiries with a plethora of informed options.

My journey, which includes stints as a semi-professional baseball player and firefighter, has instilled in me the value of trust and collaboration. I firmly believe that by working together, we can achieve greater success than by going it alone.

Driven by a desire for autonomy and a passion for interpersonal interaction, I am committed to a career in real estate. Inspired by both personal connections and industry influences like “Million Dollar Listing,” I embrace the dynamic lifestyle and the rewarding challenges of the profession.
